If you look for an information about very old versions of CKEditor, FCKeditor and CKFinder check also the CKEditor forum, which was closed in 2015. If not, please head to StackOverflow for support.

When you purchase a CKEditor for Drupal license, you are granted one year of dedicated e-mail support. Use your private token (that is issued on purchase) to contact the support channel. Our team of QA engineers and developers will help you with the installation or configuration process and will be happy to answer all questions that you may have.

When your access to the support channel expires after a year, you can renew your CKEditor for Drupal license for a discounted price in order to continue to use the expertise of CKEditor developers. Go to the official CKEditor for Drupal page and scroll to the Renew section for all renewal options.
