Incompatible browsers
If user uses a browser which is a lower version of the browsers listed in the table or your browser does not appear in the table, CKEditor may work with limited features or not work at all. In this case, user will only see the editing area where user can write HTML code. The toolbar will not appear at all.
Example:
If you want to work with all of CKEditor features install one of the compatible browsers and than run the editor.
