The InitCommand event handler should accept two arguments: 

protected void MyEventHandler( object sender, CKFinder.Connector.CKFinderEventArgs args )

The CKFinderEventArgs object contains in CKFinderEventArgs.data:

  • CKFinderEventArgs.data[0] - an instance of System.XML.XmlNode class with XML response
