The AfterFileUpload event handler should accept two arguments: 

protected void MyEventHandler( object sender, CKFinder.Connector.CKFinderEventArgs args )

The CKFinderEventArgs object contains in CKFinderEventArgs.data:

  • CKFinderEventArgs.data[0] - an instance of CKFinder.Connector.FolderHandler class
  • CKFinderEventArgs.data[1] - an absolute path to the uploaded file
