ToolbarCanCollapse

ToolbarCanCollapse determines whether the toolbar can be minimized (collapsed) or not. By default it is set to 'true' so the toolbar may be minimized/maximized. By setting to 'false' you will disable this option. Example: 

FCKConfig.ToolbarCanCollapse = false ;
